Works well for POTS

The taste is a bit tart (so basically like Pink Lemonade) works good for helping with symptoms. No bad aftertaste and not too salty either.

I've been buying this in bulk (4 at a time) for about 18 months now. I drink it every day in a 2L bottle of water. It tastes really good, and I find myself actually craving it and wanting to drink it. I find it really difficult to make myself drink plain water, and I take enough pills as it is, so I don't want to use the electrolyte capsules. I have POTS and definitely notice a difference in how bad I feel if I don't use this. In a perfect world, it would be covered as a medical necessity and we wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for this kind of thing. But, it's still one of the cheapest electrolyte drink powders available. Trust me, I did alllll the math.

The taste grows on you

I also found the taste quite bitter at first, but the drink mix really grew on me and I enjoy it. I do wish they'd make single-serve sachets because those would be more practical.

Taste really bad

I really do not enjoy the taste of this, I would rather have water with salt in it or salted oj than drink this. It tasted like salt, than a little bit like limonade but only the bitter side of it. I will not be drinking it, will be sticking to the capsules!
