Returns & Shipping


Returns can be made up to 30 days from date of shipping. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Nutrition/hydration and personal care products can not be returned. Sale items are final, refunds are not permitted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (or date that you made your purchase) Contact us at for a return authorization number before sending your item back. Refund will be processed once goods are received.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



We use Canada Post as our carrier, primarily for your convenience. They have the most parcel pickup options for packages that are attempted delivey when you are not home.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee the return of the product when it is in the carrier's hands, we will only be able to resume responsibility for the item once it has been delivered to us.
