RETURNS

Returns can be made up to 30 days from date of shipping. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We do not offer refunds on shipping charges.  Unless the return is due to a warranty issue with the product, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Nutrition/hydration and personal care products cannot be returned. Sale items are final, refunds are not permitted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (or date that you made your purchase). Contact us at customercare@podiumimports.ca for a return authorization number before sending your item back. Your refund will be processed once the goods are received.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee the return of the product when it is in the carrier's hands, we will only be able to resume responsibility for the item once it has been delivered to us.

 

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 before tax.  Below this level, standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $11.99.  If you require express shipping, please contact us at CustomerCare@PodiumImports.ca to discuss rates.  Shipping to destinations outside of Canada is not available.

We currently use UPS as our carrier.  Our apologies, but we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.  Tracking information is sent as soon as the carrier receives your parcel.

**Please be advised that our office is closed for all weekends and statutory holidays.  Orders placed during these times will be shipped the next business day.
