RETURNS

Returns can be made up to 30 days from date of shipping. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We do not offer refunds on shipping charges.  Unless the return is due to a warranty issue with the product, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Nutrition/hydration and personal care products cannot be returned. Sale items are final, refunds are not permitted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (or date that you made your purchase). Contact us at customercare@podiumimports.ca for a return authorization number before sending your item back. Refund will be processed once goods are received.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee the return of the product when it is in the carrier's hands, we will only be able to resume responsibility for the item once it has been delivered to us.

 

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 before tax.  Below this level, standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $11.99.  If you require express shipping, please contact us at CustomerCare@PodiumImports.ca to discuss rates.  Shipping to destinations outside of Canada is not available.

We use Canada Post and UPS as our carriers.  Tracking information is sent as soon as the carrier receives your parcel.

*With the Canada Post strike ongoing, all orders will be shipped via UPS or Purolator standard shipping.  There will be no additional charges applied, unless Express shipping has been requested.  Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
