Refund policy

Returns
Returns can be made up to 30 days from date of shipping. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Nutrition/hydration and personal care products can not be returned. Sale items are final, refunds are not permitted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (or date that you made your purchase) Contact us at sales@podiumimports.ca for a return authorization number before sending your item back. Refund will be processed once goods are received.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for the item prior to it being delivered to us.
